At Elegante Hair Studio, we value your time and ours. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

  • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services or $100, whichever is greater.
  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
  • If you have a eGift certificate or pre-paid package and you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, the service(s) will be deducted from your eGift certificate or pre-paid package.


NO-CALL/NO-SHOW

A no-call/no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In this case, we will charge the client a 20% of the scheduled services or $100 fee, whichever is greater.


LATE ARRIVAL

If you are late more than 15 minutes for your service, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we are unable to complete the full service within the remaining time, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to another time to ensure that we can provide quality service to all of our clients.


REFUNDS

Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to make it right.
Gift Cards: Your gift card balance can’t be transferred to other accounts, used to buy other gift cards, or, except as required by law, redeemed for cash. Gift Card value does not expire. Gift Card cannot be returned. Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
Products: All product sales are final. Refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Product(s) returned after 30 days, will be received as an eGift card.


DEPOSITS

Deposits only go toward the appointment or service that the deposit was made for. This will not include products or other services. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited except in the case of rescheduling. All deposits are non-refundable.
