We are excited to have you as a client, and we want to ensure that you have a wonderful experience. Below are our terms and conditions. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.
- Appointment Scheduling:
• To provide non-conflicting and time-efficient appointments to make our clients happy, we ask for our clients to book directly with our front desk or put in an appointment request on our website and wait for confirmation.
• We reserve the right to request a credit card number or a deposit to secure your appointment time.
• For appointments that require a longer duration or multiple services, we may require a deposit or credit card to hold the appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward the services or refunded if the appointment is canceled with 24 hours’ notice.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please visit our Cancellation Policy page.
- Group Bookings:
For group bookings of three or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
• Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
• We offer a variety of services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and more. Please refer to our website for a complete list of services.
• Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
• Our stylists and technicians are highly trained and experienced. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know immediately so we can address them.
- Changes to Services:
• Changes to services requested on the day of your appointment may not be possible due to scheduling constraints. Please communicate any changes or additional services you may need as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your requests.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
- Gift Cards:
• We offer e-gift cards for purchase in-store or online.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Children are welcome in our salon, but we ask that they be supervised at all times.
• We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
- Personal Belongings:
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
• Please ensure that we have your up-to-date contact information on file, including your phone number and email address, so we can reach out in the event of any changes or cancellations.
- Health and Safety:
• We follow all health and safety guidelines set by local and state authorities.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed unfit for a service.
• Covid-19 notice — We take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
• All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times while inside the salon.
• Owners are responsible for their pets and must keep them under control at all times.
• Pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and free of any contagious diseases.
• Any pet that exhibits aggressive behavior will be asked to leave.
• Owners must clean up after their pets if they have an accident inside the salon.
• We reserve the right to ask any pet and their owner to leave if they are causing a disruption to other clients or our staff.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
• We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes will be posted on our website.
